The Romanian champion FC Viitorul Constanta met the Austrian champion Red Bull Salzburg in Europa League qualification.
The headcoach and owner of the club is the former Rumanian legend Gheorghe Hagi. He established FC Viitorul in 2009 and became Rumanian champion just eight years later.
